NetJets leads at 8.4. Elevate Jet and JSX remain tied at 7.9. Private Jet Services, Elevate’s sister desk under Elevate Aviation Group, is scored on its own at 8.0 as the group-charter and UHNW product.

True per-seat sales on ad-hoc Part 135 charter are legally constrained in the U.S. The sell-by-seat options below are mostly public-charter or scheduled shuttle products, plus platforms that list shared seats on already-booked flights.
